Folio works where the team already talks.

It joins direct messages, group channels, and project or client spaces - and acts on the conversation instead of just answering it.

Every Place keeps its work together.

Organise work around companies, clients, projects, teams, and personal spaces. Chats, pages, files, links, and projects live in the right Place - and access follows it.

Folio reads projects and tasks with status, priority, workflow state, schedule, recurrence, ownership, and relationships - and can move them forward when permissions allow.

Granular permissions govern who can view, edit, move, archive, and restore work. Tool approvals are configurable by action type, and sensitive actions wait for a human.
